Throughout history, “having a good time”… “cutting loose”… ingesting “substances” to aid such experiences… these things have not always been “accepted” in society, and in most cases still remain somewhat taboo. To circumvent this phenomenon, ancient Egyptian builders established the principles of The Party League (“984”), as a pressure valve for the workers putting in so much work to build the great pyramids we see today.

Ice’s compatriot Big C honed in on mainstream culture’s need for the same developmental results they were able to achieve with The Party League. Says Big C…

“In the streets we lacked formal rites of passage due to the fact that our people were robbed of our cultures. Back in the day we needed a methodology and found it already made in The Party League. During this pandemic I’m talking to my people on the outside like yo… the public is TRIPPIN’ right now on the psychological side of things.
